Today we talk about soft outsole sewing water shoes, that our factory produces. As to cement outsole water shoes, we will make another blog to talk the difference.
The sole of water shoes is made from PTR (Thermo-Plastic Rubber), a durable material that can withstand temperatures from -45°C to 90°C. The sole thickness is just right, providing protection against small stones, sharp objects, and jagged rocks, while also offering excellent balance and support. Its anti-slip design provides good traction, preventing slips, especially on wet, sloped surfaces, ensuring safety.
The upper part of the water shoes is made from scuba fabric, also known as air-layer fabric. This material consists of three layers, with the middle layer separated from the others, creating space that makes the fabric light and quick-drying. The fabric is composed of 94% polyester and 6% spandex, making it lightweight and flexible. Imagine the fabric like a sandwich mesh, wrapping your feet snugly, almost like wearing socks. Once in the water, the shoes feel light and tight, allowing for easy movement, whether swimming or diving. They also dry quickly when you leave the water.
These shoes are designed for flexibility, allowing you to move freely both in and out of water, making them perfect for swimming and diving.
