A1.Our factory is in Cixi City, Ningbo, about a two-hour drive south of Shanghai, where is most developed part of China.

Q2. How long have you been producing shoes?

A2. Our factory was established in 2014, but our family has been making shoes for over 30 years.

Q3. Do you support small businesses?

A3. Yes, we support small businesses. We keep some models in stock, and our minimum order quantity (MOQ) is only 100 pairs. We also offer mixed packing and door-to-door delivery.

Q4. Can I buy a single pair for personal use?

A4. No, we currently only support B2B sales and are not set up for direct-to-consumer (B2C) sales.

Q5. Is OEM or ODM available? How long does it take to produce a sample?

A5. Yes, we offer both OEM and ODM services. OEM samples usually take around 3 days, while ODM samples take 5-15 days. Shipping to the U.S. or the EU via DHL or FedEx typically takes 4-7 days.

A6. For orders under $1,000, PayPal is accepted. For larger orders, we accept payment by T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) or L/C (Letter of Credit).
